Refunds

1. Digital services
Since these are primarily digital, consultancy, and personalized services, once the service has been provided, no refunds are provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
2. Advances and payments
Any advance payments are non-refundable and cover operating costs, preliminary analysis, and allocated resources.
3. Exceptions
Any refunds will be assessed solely at the Company's discretion and only in the event of proven non-compliance.
4. Cancellation of service
In the event of cancellation by the customer: services already provided remain due; no refunds will be provided for activities already begun.
